Bull in a China Shop - You Might be a Bad Boss if.... The moment anyone enters management, their ability to get helpful, developmental feedback plummets because of the perceived power they now have. This is done in the employee’s own language by instructors who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have lived for a portion of their lives in the Spanish culture.
